These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lightwell Senior Transitions website located at LightwellTransitions.com and the services provided by Lightwell Senior Transitions, a DBA of Truck It Junk LLC, operating in Orange County, California. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Lightwell Senior Transitions provides senior transition services including but not limited to: transition planning and consultation, decluttering and organization, estate sale coordination, move management, new home setup, estate cleanouts, and move-out cleaning. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of services are outlined in a written proposal provided to each client before work begins. Services are performed only upon execution of a signed service agreement.

Service Agreement and Payment

A written proposal and service agreement will be provided prior to the start of any paid engagement. Services require a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in the proposal. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund terms are specified in the individual service agreement. In the event of a dispute regarding services rendered, clients agree to first attempt resolution directly with Lightwell Senior Transitions before pursuing any other remedy.

Free Consultation

Lightwell Senior Transitions offers a complimentary in-home consultation with no obligation. The consultation is provided as a courtesy to prospective clients and does not constitute a service agreement or commitment of any kind.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that Lightwell Senior Transitions has lawful access to the property where services are to be performed. Clients are responsible for communicating any items that should not be touched, moved, or removed prior to the start of services. Lightwell Senior Transitions will not be responsible for decisions made by the client or their family members that conflict with the agreed-upon plan.

Limitation of Liability

Lightwell Senior Transitions carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage to property during the course of services, clients must notify Lightwell Senior Transitions in writing within 48 hours of the incident. Lightwell Senior Transitions shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by third-party vendors, or items of undisclosed value. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in which the incident occurred.

Third-Party Services

Lightwell Senior Transitions may coordinate with third-party vendors including estate sale companies, moving companies, donation organizations, and cleaning services on the client's behalf. Lightwell Senior Transitions acts as a coordinator and is not responsible for the independent actions or errors of third-party vendors. Third-party vendors operate under their own terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lightwell Senior Transitions website — including text, images, logos, and brand materials — is the property of Lightwell Senior Transitions, a DBA of Truck It Junk LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission.
