After the sale, we coordinate full clearance of any items that did not sell so the home is completely cleared and the family does not have to return to manage leftovers. For families managing this from out of state, we handle everything remotely and keep you informed at every step.

Yes — and this is one of the most meaningful things we do. Before the move, we photograph the spaces that matter: where the favorite chair sits, how the bedroom is arranged, what lives on which shelf. When we set up the new space, we recreate the comfort and familiarity of the old one. We are also all working toward our California real estate licenses to eventually handle the home sale side in-house.
